Families angry over vandalism

While arguments can be made for true art in the form of graffiti in some instances, Marshallites will not abide any destruction upon a child's domain. Harrison County residents enjoyed the unusually warm winter weather Saturday at City Park, but they certainly didn't enjoy the vandalism of playground equipment.
